Clinical Positions
Registered Nurse (RN)
Full-time / Part-time
Join our nursing team providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Experience in wound care, medication management, and chronic disease management preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-time / Part-time
Provide direct patient care under RN supervision. Must be a licensed practical nurse in Florida with current certification.
Physical Therapist (PT)
Full-time / Part-time
Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness. Must have current PT license in Florida.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Full-time / Part-time
Help patients improve daily living skills and independence. OT license in Florida required.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Full-time / Part-time
Treat communication and swallowing disorders. Current SLP certification required.
Medical Social Worker
Full-time / Part-time
Provide psychosocial support and care coordination. MSW or relevant degree in social work required.
Home Health Aide
Full-time / Part-time / Per Diem
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. HHA certification preferred, willing to train qualified candidates.
